A week at the Weights-Gym in the life of a Pole Vaulter...
One Week Sample Weights Gym plan for pole vaulters:
On a September - April athletics season this plan applies to the Pre-Peak Preparation Mesocycle
Approx months January-February. 
Estimated workout time:
50 min-75 min/session. -Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays are 2.5 hr. track and vaults sessions-
Note: There are many more exercises that also apply to pole vaulters. This is only a selection of the ones we use the most. (The chin-ups figure is only what a 55 y/o does, younger vaulters of either sex should certainly achieve more.)
