PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All goods listed are subject to stock availability at time of ordering. If we are unable to supply items from stock, they will be back-ordered unless otherwise directed by you. Should any products be out of stock and not easily procured within 7-10 days we will email you.
All items in our catalog (at time of printing) &
on our website are deemed correct; however, prices are subject to change
without prior notice.
We often know of a price increase when we receive the goods ourselves. If we can't absorb the difference between the old and the new price we will not release the goods until the new total has been agreed by the buyer.
All prices are subject to GST (currently 10%)
Payment may be made by the following methods:
Credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Diners, JCB and Visa, PayPal
EFT: Will provide details upon request when a payment is due.
N.B. Customer’s payment must be received before goods are dispatched
Michelangelo Fine Art* will endeavor to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. However, we will not be held responsible for delays in delivery where events occur beyond our control.
If your order can not be delivered within 7 to 10 days we will notify you.
We wish to advise that Michelangelo Fine Art* is not responsible for any loss suffered due to damage, delay or non-delivery by the courier company as Michelangelo Fine Art*’s responsibility ends when the goods are loaded on to the carrier.
Customers can arrange their own transport; however, we do ask that you call
prior to collections to ensure the goods are ready.
PACKAGING & HANDLING CHARGES
Freight is charged per the standard rates obtained from the courier:
· Couriers we use are Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, Couriers Please, TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL or Direct X, whichever gives the lowest rate for your order, to your specific destination.
· If we find that a freight quote is higher than shown at the website because of distance, dangerous goods or out-of-the-way destinations we will contact you first.
Claims for damaged, incorrect or short delivered goods will not be recognised unless Michelangelo Fine Art* is notified within seven (7) days of invoice date. All claims for credit must be authorised by our sales department and receive a “Return Authority Number” – (RAN). This number must be quoted in all correspondence relating to your claim.
Please take care when signing for deliveries from the courier that the numbers
of parcels on the consignment note are the same as what is being received as
well as identifying if there is any visible damage to the packaging. Be careful
when discarding packaging – check for small items that may be suspected as not
RETURN OF GOODS
Michelangelo Fine Art* will accept return of goods
sent incorrectly (or similar reason), providing the purchaser has followed the
correct credit claim procedure, and will arrange pick up and return of goods.
Under no circumstances shall the purchaser arrange for return of goods without
contacting our sales department for approval first.
Similarly if the purchaser has made the error in ordering (or similar reason) a credit may be accepted subject to a 10% restocking fee plus the purchaser is responsible for the cost of the return freight.
Any items that have been specially ordered in or manufactured or are a non stock item are non returnable unless authorisation is granted.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Property and ownership of all goods will remain the
property of Michelangelo Fine Art* until the purchaser has made full
payment of the order.
In the event that the purchaser defaults in meeting the payment terms the purchaser shall allow our company, its employees or agent to enter upon the purchasers premises or the premises where the goods belonging to our company are stored for the sole purpose of repossessing the said goods as listed on our invoices as goods supplied. All reasonable access will be given to these persons.
