Please contact us if in doubt as to the
most convenient plan to train. |
Committed pole vaulters, not so with those that haven't yet chosen pole vaulting as their event, need a gym equipped with weights to train at.
Bankstown Sports Athletics
have a reasonable well equipped gym at the track. We can all use it at no extra
cost.
While we are not suggesting any particular place for weights, a gym is necessary for such a demanding event as the pole vault.
An apparatus and/or gymnastics place with bars and ropes is also a good thing for pole vaulting, if you have access to one. |
